Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Eraztech Ltd (“Eraztech”, “we”) collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it and what rights you have. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus data protection law.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Eraztech Ltd, registration number HE 446363, registered office Archiepiskopou Makariou III, 225, Oriana Court, Flat/Office 4, 3105 Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us about privacy matters at info@erazconsult.com.

2. What we collect

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We collect personal data only in two situations:

  • When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us, so that we can reply and, if you wish, prepare an offer or provide our services. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of Meta), and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
  • When you visit the website, our hosting provider's servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These server logs are used only to keep the website running and secure.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To deliver services we have agreed with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep this website secure and working, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The fonts and icons are served from our own website, and no third-party services are loaded while you browse. That is why you don't see a cookie banner.

The link to our office on the Contact page opens Google Maps, and our WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Nothing from either service loads until you click. Once you follow such a link, that provider's own privacy policy applies.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing by third parties. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and messaging service, under contracts that oblige them to protect it, and with public authorities where the law requires us to.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and any business relationship that follows, and then for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting purposes. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security reasons.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
  • restrict or object to how we use your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, contact us at info@erazconsult.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

8. Security

Protecting data is our business. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
